Tim Orling 1ba3586bbe meta-selftest: add python3-guessing-game 
Add v0.1.0 of python3-guessing-game which is used as the baseline
for an upgrade to v0.2.0 in test_devtool_upgrade_recipe_update_extra_tasks
test case.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
