Alexander Kanavin d3c7d1a036 selftest: add tests for virgl GL acceleration 
Note that the tests require that the host machine has a X display,
has mesa development files installed and is able to create OpenGL contexts.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
