The use of an automatic port wasn't working correctly since the server was never getting started when port == -1. This fixes things so the server is started when port is not specified (i.e. automatic) ensuring this happens before BBSERVER is set. Normally this is called as '. ./oe-init-build-env builddir '
This works in most shells (not dash), but not all of them pass arg1 when
being sourced. To workaround the shell limitation use "set arg1" prior
to sourcing this script.
