Scott Rifenbark b750729ddf sdk-manual-customization: Fixed XSL Appendix numbering parameter ... The xslproc needs special handling of the statement that applies the numbering for appendices. I updated the line to use that format so when making the file you do not get a billion unrecognized parameter errors.
