Jim Abernathy pointed out an area where the bitbake command is run from the top-level poky directory. This is incorrect and the user should run this from the build directory. I changed the instance so that the example instructs the user to either run the environment setup script first, which would place him into the build directory. I also reinforced it by adding supporting text saying that you should run the bitbake command from the build directory.
