Richard Purdie d6253df2bc scripts: Convert to use data expansion pretty much everywhere 
We want to be able to use data expansion/variable substitution
in most variables so convert to use the utils API for this.

$2 - The shared directory where the repos are to be transferred

$3 - Directory to publish artefacts to
