Thomas Gleixner a6359d1eec init_task: Replace CONFIG_HAVE_GENERIC_INIT_TASK

Now that all archs except ia64 are converted, replace the config and
let the ia64 select CONFIG_ARCH_INIT_TASK

dependencies on generated files need to be listed explicitly

$(obj)/version.o: include/generated/compile.h

compile.h changes depending on hostname, generation number, etc,

so we regenerate it always.

mkcompile_h will make sure to only update the

actual file if its content has changed.
