Thomas Gleixner ec8f24b7fa treewide: Add SPDX license identifier - Makefile/Kconfig 
Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

config SECURITY_YAMA bool "Yama support" depends on SECURITY default n help This selects Yama, which extends DAC support with additional system-wide security settings beyond regular Linux discretionary access controls. Currently available is ptrace scope restriction. Like capabilities, this security module stacks with other LSMs. Further information can be found in Documentation/admin-guide/LSM/Yama.rst.
