Thomas Gleixner ec8f24b7fa treewide: Add SPDX license identifier - Makefile/Kconfig 
Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

config EFIVAR_FS tristate "EFI Variable filesystem" depends on EFI default m help efivarfs is a replacement filesystem for the old EFI variable support via sysfs, as it doesn't suffer from the same 1024-byte variable size limit.

  To compile this file system support as a module, choose M
  here. The module will be called efivarfs.

  If unsure, say N.
