Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. This is the full-colour version of the currently unofficial Linux logo ("currently unofficial" just means that there has been no paperwork and that I have not really announced it yet). It was created by Larry Ewing, and is freely usable as long as you acknowledge Larry as the original artist.
Note that there are black-and-white versions of this available that scale down to smaller sizes and are better for letterheads or whatever you want to use it for: for the full range of logos take a look at Larry's web-page:
