f15fc31a99 linux-imx: Cleanup do_copy_defconfig [YOCIMX-5212] 
Since do_symlink_kernsrc is before do_patch is before do_kernel_configme,
both do_patch and do_symlink_kernsrc dependencies are redundant and can
be dropped.

Adding do_kernel_configme as a dependency helps to expose an important
part of this implementation that is not clear, that the task
do_copy_defconfig does effectively disable the kernel config fragments
provided by do_kernel_configme. A clearer representation of this would
be to disable do_kernel_configme. However, this leads to a failure in
do_kernel_configcheck as it checks for certain output from
do_kernel_configme. So the best we can do here is an added comment.

62233725c4 linux-imx: Update kernel task order [YOCIMX-5212] 
do_kernel_configme has some overlap with our copy_defconfig & do_preconfigure.
Refine the task order to make sure copy_defconfig & do_preconfigure are valid.

This fix LOCALVERSION unset problem.

76c4306dd5 arm-compute-library: Fix PV and cleanup recipe

8f0aec4288 udev: Allow normal user to use GPU drivers [YOCIMX-5189] 
A normal user account cannot run the GPU drivers. Fix this by giving

e6438b696d graphics: Use recipe copy for upgrades [YOCIMX-5196] 
Instead of requiring the logic from previous, upstream recipes, switch
back to copying what is upstream. This will make the recipe more standalone
but will require more vigilance to keep up to date.
