Common function for test

Expect should be installed for SSH Testing

To execute runqemu, NOPASSWD needs to be set in /etc/sudoers for user

For example, for user "builder", /etc/sudoers can be like following:

#Members of the admin group may gain root privileges

%builder ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: NOPASSWD: ALL
